Welcome to Ali Baba’s Restaurant & Guest Rooms. By confirming a reservation, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us at baba@alibabasrestaurantandbarbvi.com prior to booking.

1. Reservations, Deposits & Payment

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Reservations are confirmed by email once payment has been received.
-
The remaining balance, along with all applicable taxes and fees, is due upon check-in unless otherwise arranged.

One-night bookings are subject to a $40 USD cleaning fee, payable prior to check-in.
-
All bookings are subject to a 10% Government Hotel Accommodation Tax and a 5% service fee, which will be applied to the total reservation cost.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-In: 3:00 PM | Check-Out: 11:00 AM
-
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

3. Cancellation Policy
-
More than 30 Days Before Check-In: Full refund of deposit.
-
15 to 30 Days Before Check-In: 50% of deposit refunded.
-
Less than 14 Days Before Check-In: No refund of deposit.
-
December Reservations: Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

4. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without notice will result in the full cost of your stay being charged.

5. Early Departure
If you depart earlier than your scheduled check-out date, the full amount of your reservation will still be charged.

6. Force Majeure
In the event of a hurricane, natural disaster, or other force majeure event that makes travel or accommodation impossible, you may cancel without penalty or reschedule subject to availability.

7. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation approval if you meet the cancellation policy conditions as outlined in Clause 3.

8. Guest Responsibility & Conduct

Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning required due to their stay.

Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.

Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund in the event of disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

9. Liability
Ali Baba’s Restaurant & Guest Rooms is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal property. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables appropriately.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
